Careers
Join the blip clinical team.
We are building a multidisciplinary team of associate clinicians to deliver evidence-based care for young people aged 7 to 25. All roles are sessional and worked remotely from launch.
Why work with blip?
Associate model, not a rota
You set your availability. Work is allocated to match. You maintain your own professional registrations and clinical liability, and you choose how many sessions you take.
Weekly MDT attendance
Every active case is discussed at the MDT. You present your cases, hear other clinicians, and contribute to formulations outside your own caseload. The MDT meets online.
Telehealth-first from launch
All sessions are delivered using a clinical-grade telehealth platform from month one. No commute to a fixed base for most of the working week.
Transparent governance
blip is CQC registration pending. Clinical oversight sits with the Clinical Lead. Policies for safeguarding, risk, complaints and clinical records are in place before the first referral is accepted.
Current opportunities
All roles are associate positions. To express interest in any role, email careers@blip.org.uk with your name, role of interest and a brief note about your experience.

How the associate model works
Sessional work structured around your existing commitments.
blip operates on an associate model. You maintain your own professional registration and indemnity cover, and blip provides the clinical governance framework, the referrals, the administration and the MDT structure.
Do I need separate indemnity?
Yes. All associates hold their own professional indemnity cover. blip carries organisational liability for governance but clinical indemnity sits with the individual practitioner.
What happens to sessions if I am unavailable?
Sessions are allocated based on your confirmed availability. If you are unavailable for a period, cases are covered by another member of the team or paused, depending on clinical need.
Is there a minimum session commitment?
We prefer associates who can commit to at least one session per week for continuity. Some roles can accommodate a lower volume on a case-by-case basis.
