Viv is a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and Specialist Educator with over 15 years of experience across education and acute care, crisis intervention, and NHS CAMHS. Her specialist experience spans looked-after children, youth justice, and managing complex neurodivergent profiles (ASD/ADHD/ALN), as well as working with families in crisis.

A proven safeguarding practitioner in complex child protection cases, Viv coordinates multi-agency panels, manages care coordination, and conducts high-acuity risk assessments for self-harm and risk to others. She delivers DBT, TF-CBT, and advanced trauma and attachment training to families and professionals.

An NMC Practice Supervisor and Assessor, Viv mentors student nurses, preceptees, and healthcare workers toward clinical excellence. She founded Blip to ensure that children and young people who are struggling have somewhere to go, and that every family is safe, supported, and heard.
